JEE Main Shift 1 Analysis 8 April 2023: NTA is conducting the Day 2 and Session 2 exam of JEE Main 2023 on April 8. The Shift 1 exam was conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and approximately 70,000 candidates are appeared in Shift 1. JEE Main 2023 April 8 exam is conducted for Paper 1, i.e., B.Tech. - The Overall Difficulty Level of the JEE Main 8th April Shift 1 2023 question paper was easy to moderate
- The Shift 1 Question paper was easy compared to the session 1 exam
- As per the first reaction received the chemistry section was easy compared to physics and mathematics
- The Mathematics section receiving mixed reaction between moderate to difficult, some students found it lengthy but not difficult
- Gravitation in Physics section had higher weightage
- The question in current electricity was difficult compared to Day 1
- The numerical section of Chemistry contained questions from Physical chemistry
- Mathematics section was considered to be lengthy
- Inorganic section had more weightage compared to organic chemistry, and the questions were NCERT based.
- JEE Main specific topics like Polymers and Biomolecules were considered easy
- As per the reaction received there were 10-12 questions from inorganic chemistry
- In organic chemistry there were questions from GOC, Hydrocarbons,
- In chemistry questions from 12th syllabus was more compared to the 11th
- There were 3 questions from Vector in Mathematics section
- Mathematics section had more from Class 12 than compared to 11th
- Equal weightage was given to all topics in the Physics section
- Physics section was completely theoritical and contained more questions from 12th syllabus
- As per the reaction received candidate familiar with formula can easily attempt 15 question in physics
