JEE Main Shift 2 Analysis 30 January 2024: The National Testing Agency has scheduled the JEE Main Day 3 Shift 2 exam today, January 30, 2024, from 3 PM to 6 PM. The Collegedekho team has shared the exam’s first reactions, difficulty level, topic-wise weightage, and expected good attempts for all three subjects on this page. JEE Main shift 2 analysis 30 January 2024 will depend on factors such as the opinions of the students and the review of the memory-based questions by the experts. Overall Shift 2 of the Day 3 exam was Moderate.  Like earlier shifts, Chemistry was easy whereas Physics was Moderate and Mathematics was Lengthy but doable. Almost equal weightage was given to Class 12th and Class 11th syllabus. In Mathematics, numerical calculations were complex.

JEE Main First Reactions 30 January 2024 Shift 2

The first reactions of the test takers for the 30 January shift 1 exam will be added here soon, after the conclusion of the exam:

  • Overall the Day 3 Shift 2 paper was Moderate.
  • Based on the initial candidate's reaction, Physics and Mathematics were Moderately Difficult.
  • The Chemistry section was simple overall.
  • On average, In Physics candidates attempted 17 to 18 questions.
  • Fewer questions were asked from Physical Chemistry.
  • 4 questions were asked from Vector 3D. The topic has been asked in every shift up till now.
  • No question was asked from Wave.
  • As per the review of candidates, overall 54 to 60 questions were attempted.
  • Physics questions were similar to earlier exam days and shifts.
  • Questions from Salt Analysis were again asked in Day 3 shift 2 examination.
  • From 2023, Mathematics section was simpler. However, compared to Physics and Chemistry, Mathematics was lengthy.
  • Questions from Organic Chemistry were more than Inorganic.
  • In Mathematics, candidates have attempted on average 13-15 questions.
  • More Multiple-choice questions were asked compared to numerical problems.
  • Questions were there from PYQs.
  • In Mathematics, more questions from Calculus and Algebra were found.
