JEE Main 2018 & UPSEE 2018 Exam Dates Clash
- Both UPSEE 2018 and JEE Main 2018 (online exam) have been scheduled for April 15, 2018.
- The application process for UPSEE 2018 is expected to begin in January 2018 and AKTU is likely to change the exam dates.
Students who are aspiring to apply for UPSEE 2018 and JEE Main 2018 UG engineering entrance have fallen in dilemma with the dates of these entrance exams clashing with each other. According to the schedule released by Abdul Kalam Technological University (AKTU), UPSEE 2018 is scheduled to be conducted on April 15, 2018 and the online exam of JEE Main 2018 is also scheduled on the same day.
In 2017, JEE Main online examination took place on April 8 & 9, 2017, while UPSEE 2017 exam was conducted on April 16, 2017.

AKTU announced the dates for UG and PG admissions for the academic session 2018-19. The dates were announced in advance with an objective to regulate the affiliated colleges conducting semester or year-end examinations on the same dates. As of now, the exam date of UPSEE 2018 has been announced, however, the schedule for the online application process has not been announced yet. Therefore, AKTU may change the date of UPSEE 2018 so that students can appear for both JEE Main 2018 and UPSEE 2018.

For UPSEE 2018, Aadhar card or number is mandatory at the time of online registration. The application process for UPSEE 2018 is expected to begin in January 2018. UPSEE 2018 will be conducted in offline mode, i.e. pen and paper-based, and there is no online exam.
It is time for the UP aspirants to start their preparations for JEE Main 2018, UPSEE 2018 and board exams. If the candidates prepare for JEE Main 2018 effectively, then it will be easy for them to crack UPSEE 2018, as the syllabus for the two exams is almost similar.
