Jharkhand Ministers Participate in ‘Management & Leadership for Good Governance’ Programme at IIM-A
- The faculty of IIM-A imparted interactive lessons on public and private partnership, education, healthcare, cooperative movement, ethics and leadership.
- The lessons on management and leadership will help the ministers to implement pre-poll promises.
A total number of nine ministers from Jharkhand are taking leadership and management lessons at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-Ahmedabad). The lessons on management and leadership will help the ministers to implement pre-poll promises. As a part of the three-day study tour, the ministers visited IIM Ahmedabad on June 26, 2017. The faculty of IIM-A imparted interactive lessons on public and private partnership, education, healthcare, cooperative movement, ethics and leadership.

The following are the nine ministers who took part in the ‘Management and Leadership for Good Governance’ programme at IIM-Ahmedabad: -

- Mr. Saryu Rai
- Mr. Nikanth Singh Munda
- Mr. C.P Singh
- Mr. Neera Yadav
- Mr. Ramachandra Chandravanshi
Mr. C.P. Singh revealed that the management and leadership programme would help them to realize the pre-poll promise and maintain efficiency in the administration. The programme will also help them to come up with innovative ideas and schemes.

Mr. Saryu Rai revealed that Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad would open an incubation centre in Ranchi to train the young talent. The incubation centre will become a hub for innovative ideas. The state government of Jharkhand will extend its support to the training programme.
Nowadays, IIMs are a playing a significant role in incubating new ideas through various programmes. One of such program is the Management and Leadership for Good Governance of IIM-A that will help the government deliver its schemes more effectively.
