JoSAA 2023: List of documents to be uploaded after seat allotment
Candidates should upload the required documents after the round 1 JoSAA seat allotment process. The last date of uploading the documents is July 4, 2023.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority is all set to release the round 1 seat allotment result. It will be available soon on the official website- josaa.nic.in. After releasing the round 1 seat allotment result, the candidates, who will be allotted seats, should upload the required documents on or before July 4, 2023. Before that, the candidates are advised to keep handy the required documents such as the JEE Main admit card, rank card, and recent passport-sized photograph along with the other required documents, that need to be uploaded during the document uploading round.

The candidates should upload the following documents after the JoSAA round 1 seat allotment-
- Class X and XII mark sheet
- Birth certificate
- Category certificate (if any) in any formats
- Original certificate for PwD candidates (if any) in any formats
- Original certificate for a person having less than 40% disability and having difficulty in writing
- Crossed bank cheque copy/image of passbook with the bank account details
- Medical certificate in any format
- OCI certificate/ PIO card (if applicable)
- Passport/ Citizenship certificate (if applicable)
Note, if the candidates are belonging to OBC-NCL/ Gen-EWS category, then the certificate should be issued on or after April 1, 2023.
Also if the original certificates are not available in English/ Hindi, English/ Hindi version/ translation of such certificates, then the candidates should submit the duly certified by the Director/ Principal or the other competent authority of the graduating Institute.
List of Documents after JoSAA Round 1 Seat Allotment 2023: Candidates from Class XII Qualified
Here is the list of documents required for class XII passed students-
- Candidates should pass class 10+2 by a Central or State Board recognized by the AIU
- Intermediate or two-year pre-university exam conducted by a Board or University recognized by AIU
- A Diploma recognized by the All India Council for AICTE or SBTE of at least 3 years duration
- GCE exam at Advanced level
If the candidates completed their class XII outside India or from a Board not specified above, then they should produce a certificate from AIU.
If the candidates have not qualified for the Class XII exam from the public board, then they should pass at least one public board examination earlier.
