As soon as the seat allotment is released, the window for JoSAA Round 5 Seat Acceptance 2022 has also been opened. Candidates who are satisfied with seat allotment may accept the seat offered. Here are some important instructions to follow for the JoSAA Round 5 Seat Acceptance 2022:
- Candidates must note that the Seat Acceptance must only be done through the official website. There are no other links or websites processing the seat acceptance. Here is the direct link for the seat acceptance:
- Candidates shall pay the seat acceptance fee online through any online payment mode such as UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking. Without the payment of the seat acceptance fee, even if the candidate chooses their option, it will not be considered.
- All the necessary documents must be uploaded through the same seat acceptance window, after the payment of the seat acceptance fee. The officials will verify the documents and raise their queries through the portal if any. The same will also be notified to the candidates through their registered email. Candidates will have until October 15th, by 5:00 pm to respond to the queries.
- Also, candidates who are allotted the first preference, and they shall only choose to “Freeze” their seats. The only other option available, is to Reject the seat allotment, which immediately implies that they will not be able to participate in the upcoming JoSAA Seat Allotment 2022 rounds.
