KCET 2022 registration delayed; Online application forms yet to release
KCET 2022 registration window will soon be activated by KEA. Earlier, the registrations for KCET 2022 were to begin from April 5, 2022.
NEW DELHI: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) was to commence the KCET registrations 2022 from yesterday, April 6, 2022. However, the KCET registration 2022 window is yet not active. The online process of KCET 2022 registration is on hold at the official website. Since the application window is not yet active, it is also likely for the end date to shift forward.
The KCET 2022 exam will be conducted from June 16 to June 18, 2022. C.N.Ashwath, the Karnataka Education Minister tweeted to announce the KCET registration date and exam date.

Reason for delaying KCET registration 2022
Although the Karnataka Education Minister, C.N.Ashwath, Tweeted the KCET registration date and exam date, the reason for delaying the KCET 2022 registration is still unknown. It is being assumed that the delay is due to technical glitches. The candidates are advised to keep their eyes on the official website of KEA, kea.kar.nic.in.
KCET 2022 eligibility criteria
Candidates interested in applying for the exam should check the official eligibility criteria of KCET 2022 beforehand. As per the previous trends, following eligibility criteria can be considered. Any changes in the same will be notified in due course of time.
- Minimum age limit: 17 years
- Nationality: Indian
- Candidates should pass from a recognized Institute of Karnataka
- Candidates should successfully pass 10+2 or equivalent course with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and need to pass any of the additional subjects: Biotechnology/Chemistry/ Computer/ Electronics.
About KCET exam
KCET exam is conducted for completing the admission to professional courses like Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharma), Engineering Technology, Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharma), Veterinary courses and Agricultural courses (Farm Science).
The KCET exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based test). A total of 60 questions will have to be answered by the candidates within 80 minutes time.
