KCET 2024 Important OMR Instructions: KEA will be conducting Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2024 in four different sessions on two days, April 18 and 19, 2024. Since the exam is being held in offline mode, Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheets will be provided at the beginning of each session for test takers to mark their answers. KCET OMR answer sheet 2024 specimen has been given for reference to candidates on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.to familiarise themselves with the way of writing answers. Candidates can practice filling out and darkening one out of four options in KCET OMR answer sheet using blue or black ink pen only. 

To ensure accuracy throughout the test, write and shade the answer on the original OMR response sheets, including name, CET number, and question booklet version code. 

KCET 2024 Important OMR Instructions

Candidates can find the important OMR guidelines for KCET 2024 below and follow them while taking the examination. 

• Examinees must be aware that OMR answer papers on which the right CET Number and Version code have not been written/shaded will not be scanned, and such candidates will not be assigned a rank. 
• Details like Name, CET Number, and "Question booklet version code must be shaded precisely in the upper section of the OMR answer sheet, using extra caution.
• Note, there will only be one right response for each question. Test takers using BLUE or BLACK ballpoint pen only must completely shade one circle against the question number to indicate the right answer. 
• Below candidates can check the correct method of shading answers on KCET 2024 OMR sheets.

• After the initial 10 minutes, 70 minutes will be given to a candidate for shading the answers, and aspirants are required to shade only one circle corresponding to the correct answer else, that particular question will not be considered for evaluation.. 
• Because the scanner is so sensitive to black and blue ink, it will interpret even a little leftover ink stain or an accidental ink dot inside a circle on the OMR answer sheet as filled in or shaded when scanning. As a result, the candidate might obtain a lower score.
• Students are advised to take 5 to 6 printed copies of an OMR sheet and get an idea of how to mark answers on the test booklet.
