Candidates can find the list of documents to be carried for KCET Document Verification 2023 on this page. KEA released the schedule for document verification on June 23 and the same commences on June 27, 2023.
KCET Document Verification 2023: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct the document verification from rank 1 to the last rank from June 27, 2023 to July 15, 2023. As per the schedule given by KEA, the candidates who have been allotted a rank in KCET 2023 should take the original documents to the specified centres for verification. All documents listed below must be original. Xerox copies will not be considered for verification. After the verification of documents is done by the examination body, the candidates will be given a unique verification slip ID for participation eligibility in further counselling rounds. Candidates must note that the document verification process of KCET 2023 will be conducted offline at designated exam centres. If documents are not verified, the candidates cannot proceed for choice filling and seat allotment.

Candidates can find the list of documents required during the verification process below. Those who will be unable to present the original documents will not qualify for the next round of counselling.
- KCET application form 2023
- KCET admit card 2023
- Application fee payment proof of KCET
- Class 10/SSLC mark sheet & certificate
- Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet & certificate
- 7 years study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO / DDPI
- Latest passport-size photograph (two copies)
- Income certificate
- Rural study certificate
- Caste certificate
- Kannada medium certificate (Candidates who have studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka and also outside the state of Karnataka)
- Parent’s study certificate / Parent’s Hometown certificate / Parent’s Domicile certificate / Parent’s Employment certificate / Parent’s Cumulative Record / Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/employment of the parent
- Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner / District Magistrate / Rehabilitation Commissioner, for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.
