The High Court of Karnataka will pass judgment on KCET 2022 repeaters issue on September 3. Initially, the judgment was expected to be out on September 1. On August 22, 2022, Honorable Justice SR Krishna Kumar heard the arguments from both parties on the Repeaters issue and cleared that the Judgment is reserved. There were several opinions that were expressed. However, KEA is not in favour of giving 75:25% weightage for KCET and PUC 2 marks. The court is still yet to decide on the decision, and that is the reason why the judgment is getting delayed.
