Kerala SET January 2023 Exam Pattern: As the Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Science and Technology has commenced Kerala SET January 2024 Registration on its official website, it is time for the teaching aspirants of the state to boost their preparations. In accordance with that, LBS Centre for Science and Technology has also released the detailed Kerala SET 2024 exam Pattern and and marking scheme in the notification that we have shared. The State Eligibility Test for Teaching Eligibility in Kerala will be conducted in two separate exams i.e., Paper I and Paper II. Kerala SET January 2024 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
The question paper for Kerala SET Exam 2024 will consist of two separate papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will consist of two parts, Part (A) will be questions from General Knowledge and Part (B) will be questions asked about Aptitude in Teaching. Paper 2 will have 120 MCQ-based questions from the specialisation subject chosen by the candidate and Mathematics & Statistics.

Note:
- The duration of both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is 120 minutes (2 hours).
- Each question will contain 4 options as possible answers out of which the candidates have to choose only one option
- Each question will contain 1 mark each except for the questions from the Mathematics and Statistics section in Paper II. These questions will carry 1.5 marks each
- No negative marking will be deducted for the incorrectly answered questions
- No marks will be awarded for unanswered questions
