The Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha starts the SAMS Odisha +2 application process from July 20, 2022 and should apply on or before August 10, 2022 (by 11.45 pm). The candidates can check the important documents, which should be submitted for the admission process.
The Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha started the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha +2 admission process for all the Junior Colleges, including the self-financing (Junior) colleges and Vocational & Sanskrit colleges across the State of Odisha. To apply for the SAMS Odisha +2 admission test, the candidates should visit the official website, samsodisha.gov.in. and sme.odisha.gov.in. While filling the application form for the admission test, the candidates should choose a minimum of five options of higher secondary school as per their preferences. The authority started the SAMS Odisha +2 application process on July 20, 2022, and should apply on or before August 10, 2022 (by 11.45 pm).

List of Documents for SAMS Odisha +2 Admission 2022
The candidates should submit the self-attested photocopies of the following documents with the copy of Common Application Form (CAF). The original copy should show the Admission Committee at the time of +2 admission for verification. The authority may retain the original copy of SLC/CLC certificate during the admission process.
- Class 10 Board Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate in Original
- School Leaving Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the last attended educational institution
- SC/ST certificates from the revenue officer, not considering the rank below Tahsildar and Additional Tahsildar. Whereas for the ST candidates, the caste certificate of the father will be taken into the consideration
- PH/OH certificate from CDMO/CMO/SDMO of Capital Hospital (in case of Bhubaneswar)
- Service Defense Personnel-SDP (Army/ Air Force/ Navy) certificate from the Commanding Officer of the Unit
- Ex-Service Man Certificate from Zilla Sainik Board
- NCC Certificate from the Competent Authority
- Children of Martyrs (CoM) certificate from the District Collector
- Sports Certificate from the appropriate authority and countersigned by the Commissioner Cum Secretary, Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha or Director Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha or Director, Secondary Education, Odisha as per G.O.12471/HE, dated 06/06/2014
- Migration Certificate for the candidates who qualified the Boards exam other than BSE, Odisha
- Scanned copy of the recent passport-sized photograph, that should be uploaded on the CAF
- Scouts and Guide certificate from the relevant authority
