Honourable Justice JB Pardiwala and Honorable Justice Manoj Mishra heard the plea. The plea was filed seeking the postponement of the NEET MDS 2024 exam till July. Almost 8,800 NEET MDS 2024 aspirants signed a digital petition supporting exam postponement. The NEET MDS 2024 matter has been listed under Serial No. 19, and the matter might come for a hearing in the first session of the court.

• The court issued notice on the plea seeking to decide cut-offs for NEET MDS Internships
• The respondents indicated that the legal basis for deciding the cutoff date for an internship is parity
• The court did not issue any interim order on the NEET MDS matter. It only asked the respondents to decide on the cutoff date for the internship
• The next hearing will take place on Wednesday, February 21. NBE and the Ministry of Health must respond to the court order on the plea seeking to decide the cutoff date for NEET MDS internships
