Maharashtra CET Cell has declared MAH MBA CAP Round 1 seat allotment date 2023. Know here when the first allotment will be out and the following reporting dates.
MAH MBA CAP Round 1 Seat Allotment Date 2023: The State Common Entrance Test Cell will publish MAH MBA CAP Round 1 seat allotment 2023 on August 2, 2023. The provisional allotment of CAP Round 1 will be released based on the option form filled out by the candidates between July 29 to 31, 2023. The provisional allotment will include the names of the shortlisted applicants for CAP Round 1 and their course and college preferences marked during the choice-filling process. Once the seat allotment is uploaded, candidates will be able to access the same @mba2023.mahacet.org.in. Candidates will have to enter their application ID and date of birth to access their allotment result.

After checking the seat allotment, candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee between August 3 to 5, 2023, until 3 PM for confirming their seats. It is important to note that the seat allotment that will be released on August 2 will be provisional which means that all the candidates who are allotted a seat will not automatically get admission to their assigned college. Candidates will be allowed to choose the Freeze/Non-Freeze option for their seats and complete the reporting procedures accordingly.
The ‘Freeze’ option indicates that the candidate is satisfied with the allotment and would like to confirm it, the ‘Non-Freeze’ option indicates that the candidate is not satisfied with the seat allotted and would like to opt for betterment/continue with Round 2 counselling. In both cases, it is vital to pay the seat acceptance fee to claim the allotted seat in Round 1. Even in the case of upgrading (betterment), claiming the allotted seat in Round 1 is important to avoid losing a seat. The candidates accepting the seat will have to report to the college for a document verification process between August 3 to 5, 2023 (5 PM) for CAP Round 1.
