Maharashtra HSC Biology Exam Pattern 2024: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the timetable for Maharashtra Class 12 Exam 2024. According to the Maharashtra Class 12 Date Sheet 2024, the Biology exam is scheduled for March 6, 2024. All students must check the Maharashtra HSC Biology Question paper pattern including 31 questions for a total weightage of 70 marks. Maharashtra HSC Biology Paper Pattern 2024: Important points

The details of the question and the marks distribution between the question paper for Biology subject shared:

  • Q.1 includes 10 MCQ questions of 1 mark each. No negative marking will be done for any incorrect answer.
  • Q.2 includes 8 VSA-type questions having the answers of single value/term and also contain a weightage of 1 mark each.
  • Define the following, match the pairs, identify the diagram names, give properties, and so on are expected questions in Section B.
  • Distinguish between, write notes, give reasons, and diagram-based questions are likely to be asked in section C. 
  • Section D will have long questions that require detail answers. It is also expected that at least one diagram question will be asked in Section D.
