There are a total of 15,113 seats available in the law colleges in Maharashtra, out of which nearly 50% of the seats are expected to be filled in the fourth and final round of admissions.

The Maharashtra State CET cell announced that more than 18,000 applications have been received till Thursday, 7th November 2019. A University official stated that many of the applications that have been received have either been rejected or put on hold due to several reasons.

The official stated that the expectations are to fill the vacant seats by the end of the final round, however, some applications have incorrect information entered, while others have only mentioned the aggregate scores of the final year graduation. Among the applications that have been received by the CET cell are also new registrations. The official also added that the final number of applications are expected to increase by 8th November 2019.
