Maharashtra SSC Science Exam Pattern 2024: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Education has already released the timetable for the Maharashtra SSC exams 2024. The Science 1 paper will be held on March 18 while the Science 2 paper will be conducted on March 20. The exam pattern of both papers is the same and hence it is important to know the types of questions and their numbers asked in the upcoming examination. Maharashtra SSC Science Paper Pattern 2024: Question Details

The details of the question and the marks distribution between the sub-subjects are given here:

  • The questions included in the first section will contain all 5 questions of different types for example: find odd one, correlations, true/false, molecular formula, etc. with 2 questions in each paper
  • Q.2 will have at least one scientific reason-based question while it may also have other 2-mark questions.
  • Q 3 will have 3-mark short answer questions, including diagrams, distinguish between, and such questions.
  • In Q.4, a total of four questions will be asked which are likely to be based on explanations, diagrams, numerical problems, suggestive measures, and likewise.
  • The last question will be application-based and will have case-based questions, questions on diagrams and their explanation, and so on.
