MAHE Collaborate with FiGuRe Network to Provide 5-year CMI Programme
MAHE has made itself a part of the FiGuRe Network where they will be able to exchange scholarly activities to promote international scholar mobility between MAHE and other CMI affiliated Engineering Universities. This partnership will help the UG and PG engineering students of MAHE.
In a new partnership between an Indian Institute and an International Organisation, Manipal Academy of Higher Education has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with France’s Formation à l'Ingénierie par des Universités de Recherche, also commonly known as FiGuRe Network. This partnership marks the beginning of MAHE inclusion into the network of FiGuRe which includes other Institutes and Universities from across the Globe. The MoU was signed between the Vice-Chancellor of MAHE, Dr H Vnod Bhat and President of FiGuRe Network, dr Lamine Boubaker.
FiGuRe Network can be understood as a platform where hundreds of Universities across the world have been accredited as Cursus Master en Ingénierie' (CMI)’ in the different fields of study in engineering. In CMI, the students will be able to pursue a five-year programme which focuses on innovative training with projects and internships as part of the curriculum. The programme has also been linked with the world’s top research organisations as well.
