UPTET 2023 Exam: The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a major change regarding the UPTET 2023 examination as a new commission will be conducting the Teachers Eligibility Test for this year. The high official meeting headed by the Chief Minister of UP, Yogi Adityanath decided on 3rd January 2023 that a new commission will be formed to conduct the recruitment examinations from this year. A number of major changes have also been made to UPTET 2023 exam. Earlier the Exam Regulatory Authority was responsible to conduct the examination.
UPTET 2023 Exam Authority Changed
The meeting with high Education Department Officials and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath decided to set up a new commission to be named Uttar Pradesh Shiksha Seva Chayan Aayog. This commission will be responsible to conduct all the education-related recruitment exams in the state including UP TET 2023 examination. The newly formed commission will release the UPTET 2023 notification soon on its new website. The CM stated that this new commission is being formed in consideration that the teaching recruitment examination can be conducted on time according to their schedule.
The exam authority for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 has been transferred to Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission from the upcoming session.
When will UPTET 2023 Notification Release?
The newly formed commission will be releasing the official notification PDF for the UP TET 2023 exam soon on a separate website. The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission will conduct the UP TET 2023 exam tentatively in the month of May/June 2023. Following the change of the exam agency, the commission will first set up a new structure for the UPTET exam 2023 and the revised timeline will be shared soon.
