Manipur BSEM Class 10 Result 2020 - Now Released!
The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur- BSEM has released the class 10 result (HLSC) 2020 at 2:00 pm on Monday. Manipur board conducted HSLC exams in the state on February 17 with an English exam and concluded matric exams with language paper on March 5, 2020. In 2019 the result was announced on 18th May 2019 but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the result got postponed this year. Candidates can check the result by clicking on the direct link provided below.

Steps to Check Manipur HSLC Class 10 Results

- You will be directed to the HSLC Exam Result Page on the official website of Manipur BSEM.
- Now, enter your roll number of the box provided on the page.
- If the number is correct, click 'Submit'.
- You will be directed to a new page containing your Class 10 result.
- Check the marks and other details on the result sheet.
- Take the printout of HSLC Class 10 result sheet.

Last year 74.69 percent of students have passed the exam, it is the highest in the last 46 years. In 2018, 73.18 percent of students had passed the exam. The lowest pass percentage was 21 percent in 2002. Total 37,138 students, including 18,342 boys and 18,796 girls had appeared for the exam held from February 20-March 15, 2019. Bhumika Shamurailatpam from Pitambara English School, Imphal got the first position with 570 out of 600 marks. Sophia Asem from Brighter Career Academy, Thiyam Leishangkhong and Arvind Maibam from Tiny Tots’ Unique, jointly held the second position. Each of them got 567 out of 600. Moirangthem Julendia Devi from St Thomas School and Kontha Ahallup got the third spot in the merit list. They both scored 566 out of 600. The results were announced at a press conference at The Board of School Education Manipur (BOSEM) office.
This year, the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur introduced a new system of examination and evaluation process. The board conducted both theory and practical examinations. The theory part of examinations took place from March 17 to April 4, 2017. Later, practical examinations began on April 18, 2017. Students had enough time to prepare for both theory and practical examinations.
CBSE has also released Class 10 results on June 3, 2017, after a long delay. CBSE’s moderation policy issue delayed the results this year. On the other hand, they were also delayed due to change in the schedule of examination amid assembly polls in five states.
