MCC NEET UG Choice Filling Link 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), on August 17, activated the link for NEET UG Round 1 Choice Filling 2024 on the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. Eligible and registered candidates must fill in as many choices as they wish and lock their choices online before August 20, 2024. The choices filled by candidates should be in the order of preference, as allotment to medical college will be done basis of choices submitted by the registered candidates.

Applicants who had registered for NEET UG 2024 Round 1 counselling 15% of all India quota (AIQ) seats will be able to enter choices by August 20 (11:55 PM), confirm the colleges and lock it between 4 PM and 11:55 PM of August 20. The choice filling is one the most important phases of the counselling process, so, candidates are advised to fill out their choices carefully.

• Enter the login details and click on submit.
• The choice filling form can be accessed.
• Click on submit and download the page.
• Keep a soft/hard copy of the same for further reference.

MCC NEET UG Choice Filling 2024: Guidelines for Choice Filling

As the choice-filling is an essential stage of the counselling process, as the choices filled by the candidates are solely responsible for their seat allotments, here are some guidelines that shall guide the candidates through the choice-filling process: 

• Candidates shall check the previous year's cutoffs for the institute they plan to opt for as per the category. As per the category-specific cutoffs, candidates shall fill out their choices. 
• Always fill out the maximum number of choices particularly in order of preference, to ensure seat allotment accordingly. 
• Once the choice is filled in, candidates can modify the same before locking it, however, once locked they cannot change the choices. 
• The choices shall be entered one by one in decreasing order of preference only i.e., the topmost preference shall be at the top.
• Do note that if Preference 1 is allotted, then the candidate will have to accept the seat. There will be no upgrade option.
• The seat allotments shall be released online and candidates will have to report to the allotted institutes in a limited time, so candidates are advised to be prepared with the documents and fees required to submit at the allotted institute in advance.
