MCC NEET UG Round 1 Result 2024 (Released): First seat allotment PDF out, cutoff ranks

MCC NEET UG Round 1 Result 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee was to release the seat allotment result for MCC NEET UG Round 1 Counselling 2024 on August 23, 2024. As per the notice posted on the official website, NEET UG Round 1 Result 2024 has been postponed to August 24, 2024 and the same is now out at mcc.nic.in. It is due to an update in the seat matrix and the revision of the CW merit list by Delhi University. A total of 4 seats are reduced in the AIQ seat quota in Sri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Of these 4 seats, 1 seat is under the OBC category and 3 seats are under the Open category.

"In this regard, the result of Round 1 NEET UG counselling 2024 which was scheduled to be declared today i.e., 23.08.2024 is being postponed and is expected to be published tomorrow i.e., 24.08.2024." The official states.

The authority will release Round 1 MCC NEET UG result 2024 based on the choices filled by the candidates, the rank secured in the NEET UG exam, the seat availability to the colleges, and the reservation category of the candidate. To check MCC NEET UG Round 1 result 2024 status, the candidates should visit the official website - mcc.nic.in. The seat allotment letters will be released via the candidate login while the allotted/not allotted status will be released in a single PDF. Candidates need to search their "NEET UG Rank" in NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result 2024 PDF to know their allotment status.

The candidates will not be allowed to ask for the seat upgradation in the same round. If the candidates are not satisfied with MCC NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result 2024, then they should wait for the betterment. Candidates who opt for betterment will be eligible for the subsequent round of counselling. The rest of the candidates who will get their preferred allotment and are satisfied with it should accept the seat and complete the reporting to the allotted colleges on or before August 29, 2024. 

MCC NEET UG Round 1 Result 2024: Instructions to Follow After Seat Allotment

Here the candidates can check out the important instructions that should be followed after the release of Round 1 results for NEET UG 2024.

• To complete the joining formalities, the candidates should visit the college before the last date.

• If the candidates are dissatisfied with the seat allotment result, then they can leave the seat and can also quit the counselling process.

• However, if the candidates want to upgrade to the round 1 seat, then they should wait for the next round of counselling.

• If the candidates fail to report to the college after the last date, then the MCC NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result 2024 will be cancelled automatically.

• If the allotted seats of the candidates were cancelled during the document verification process, then they could directly participate in the round 2 counselling process.
