MH CET Held in Maharashtra State
In Nagpur region over 25, 000 students appeared for the MH-CET exams conducted for the admissions to Health Science, Engineering and Pharmacy courses.

Most of the students willing to take admissions in engineering and medical branch appeared in the exam.
While the first paper began at 10 am the students were asked to reach at exam center half and hour early.
The exam was conducted across the state of Maharashtra.
MHT-CET-2016 conducted on Thursday, May 5, 2016 in the following cities:
Mumbai, Mumbai Sub Urban, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurga, Jalgaon, Dhule, Nandurbar, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed, Osmanabad, Nanded, Parbhani, Latur, Hingoli, Buldhana, Akola, Washim, Amravati, Yavatmal, Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli.
With the recent dispute over the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET), Maharashtra Government had held a combined a Common Entrance Test (CET) for the admissions to Health Science, Engineering and pharmacy courses on May 5, 2016. After a long gap, the State Government had given the responsibility to Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) of conducting the CET. The first paper of Physics and Chemistry began at 10 am on May 5, 2016.
Based on the MH-CET score the admissions will begin under Centralised admission process in the state.
