From August 05, 2022 to August 10, 2022, MHT CET 2022 for PCM Group is being held as a centre-based, computer-based examination in two shifts of three hours per day. The morning or Shift 1 of MHT CET 2022 was conducted from 9 AM to 12 Noon, while the afternoon or Shift 2 shift was held from 2 PM to 5 PM. For a 180-minute exam, the first 90 minutes are dedicated to Physics and Chemistry, while the remaining 90 minutes are dedicated to Mathematics.

Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics make up the three subjects of the PCM group of the MHT CET Question Paper. Physics and Chemistry each include 50 questions, while Mathematics has two marks for each question. There is no negative marking in MHT CET 2022, so there will be no deduction in marks if an answer is marked incorrectly. Both PCM and PCB groups had record-high applications for the MHT CET exams this year with 6,06,142 candidates.
