MHT CET Option Form 2023: The choice filling or institute-branch preference filling for MHT CET CAP Round 1 counselling has commenced on July 20, 2023. The option form to fill out the preferences can be accessed through the candidate login and the direct link for the same is provided here. The candidates who are eligible as per the final merit list of MHT CET 2023 can fill the college options by July 22. It is to be noted that the option form filling is a mandatory activity and those candidates who do not fill out the option form will not be eligible for the seat allotment of that round.
Candidates are urged not to wait until the last day and to complete the option form as soon as feasible. Candidates may avoid locking their option selections to leave their alternatives flexible until the deadline. It is also important to note that the option form will NOT be automatically locked once the choice filling deadline is over. The candidate must confirm and lock the option form manually. If not done so, the option form will be considered as ‘not submitted’. Once the preferences are locked, no further changes can be made to them.

Important instructions regarding MHT CET Option Form 2023
It is advised to follow the instructions given below while filling out the MHT CET choice filling as any mistakes in the choice filling activity will lead to non-allotment of a seat:- The option form filling is mandatory and the candidates mentioned in MHT CET Final Merit List 2023 are eligible for the same.
- Although an offline proforma is provided, the option form must be submitted online only. The offline form is only for reference purposes to list out the colleges, if necessary, and should not be used for actual submission.
- The preferred number is indicated by the serial number specified in the block in the options form, i.e., the block with the number '1' denotes Preference #1 or the topmost/highest priority choice, with lower preferences following thereafter.
- For each unique institute-branch preference, including TFWS, a minimum of one and a maximum of 300 alternatives can be entered. Candidates are encouraged to express as many preferences as they wish in order to prevent the non-allocation of a seat.
- The 'Choice Code' must be checked for each option. The selection code is a unique code for each institute-branch combination, with additional variations for TFWS seats.
- If Preference #1 is assigned at any point during the counselling process, the individual must take admission at that institute and branch. If a candidate fails to comply, he or she will be ineligible for subsequent rounds of counselling , if any.
- Refer to MHT CET CAP Round 1 Cutoff 2022 for a better understanding of the chances of admission at a particular institute & branch based on your merit rank.
