Mumbai University B.Sc, B.Sc IT & TYB.Sc Semester V Results Out
- The Semester V results of B.Sc and B.Sc IT courses offered by Mumbai University are out now.
- Over 51% B.Sc and 49.10% B.Sc IT students cleared the exams.
The University of Mumbai has published Semester V results of third-year B.Sc and B.Sc IT courses. The semester results can be accessed through the official Mumbai University website. The varsity has released the semester results of TYB.Sc course within two months after the completion of exams. Over 51% final-year B.Sc students passed Semester V exams, while the pass percentage of B.Sc IT course was 49.10 percent. Students have been nervous until the announcement of results, as there was a huge delay in announcing semester results last year.

Students can visit the official website of Mumbai University to check the results. The results portal will open after clicking on ‘Exam and Results’ tab.

Mumbai University was in news last year due to its delay in announcing the semester exam results that took place in April 2017. The results were almost delayed by six months and the final year students suffered a lot, as they were unable to take up higher studies. Implementation of ‘On Screen Assessment’ caused severe problems that led to delay in announcing results. The performance of Mumbai University was also not up to the mark in 2017.
The University of Mumbai also lacks NAAC grade. The varsity is yet to apply for NAAC reaccreditation.
It seems like the varsity has solved all the major issues associated with ‘On Screen Assessment’. The semester exam results will be announced within 40-45 days after the completion of exams.
