Important Exam Day Instructions for NATA 2023 Phase I: The Council of Architecture is set to organize the National Aptitude Test in Architecture Phase I examination on April 21, 2023 while thePhase 2 and Phase 3 will be conducted on May 28, and July 9, simultaneously. The NATA Phase I 2023 examination will be computer-based, and the candidates have the option to appear for any two phases out of three wherein the best score among the two phases shall be considered final for B.Arch admission. 

Candidates willing to appear for the NATA examination must ensure to follow the important exam day instructions for a hassle-free process. According to the brochure released by the authorities, candidates must follow the guidelines mentioned below to avoid inconvenience on exam day. 

NATA 2023 Phase 1 Important Exam Day Instructions

Below are the important instructions to follow for the NATA 2023 Phase I exam on the test day:

  • Candidates should download and bring their NATA 2023 admit card to the test venue. Candidates must show their admit card to the authorities to be allowed to sit for the examination.

  • They should also bring an authentic photo-identity proof like a Passport. Aadhar, Diving License, or Voter ID to the hall. The candidate must provide their photograph at the Centre. Once the Centre receives the photograph, the candidate will get a seat at the venue for taking the examination. 

  • Candidates should avoid carrying written, or printed bits of paper, or any textual material to the test hall. If any candidate is found with these items, they will be disqualified to take the examination.

  • No calculators, Bluetooth devices, mobile phones, electronic watches, slide rules, or log tables are allowed inside the hall. If a candidate carries these items, they must keep them outside the exam hall before the test commences. 

  • Candidates should do rough work only on the paper provided to them.

  • Applicants cannot leave the examination hall before the test concludes. 

  • Applicants should adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines, and come to the examination hall wearing a mask. Additionally, they must carry hand sanitizer and maintain social distancing at the venue.
