NEET 2022 Candidate OMR Response Sheet to be Sent to Registered E-Mail ID

NEET 2022 OMR Response Sheet: Along with the release of NEET 2022 Answer Key on August 30, 2022, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is also releasing the scanned copies of the OMR Sheets of the candidates. As per the notice released by the NTA, these scanned copies of NEET 2022 Candidate OMR Response Sheet will be sent to their registered Email ID given in the application form.

Last year too, NTA followed the same procedure when the scanned copies of the candidate’s OMR response sheets were sent to their email. However, the same will be made available for download afterwards on the official website of the exam, https://neet.nta.nic.in. NEET 2022 Candidate OMR Response Sheet can be downloaded using the login credentials (Application Number and Date of Birth).

“To facilitate the candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet will also be sent on the registered e-mail address given by the Candidates at the time of submission of the Online Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2022.” NTA wrote in the notice dated 25.08.2022, informing about the release schedule of answer keys and results.

The copies of the response sheets are displayed to ensure transparency in the calculation of the results. Furthermore, the candidates will also be allowed to raise objections to the scanned copies of their NEET 2022 OMR Response Sheets. Candidates whose answers have been recorded wrongly or not recorded may challenge the same through the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. For every challenge (per question), a non-refundable fee of INR 200/- is to be paid.

NEET UG 2022 was conducted on July 17 for over 18 lakh candidates despite heavy demands of postponement and the result for the exam is to be released on September 07, 2022.
