NEET 2022 Exam: The NEET 2022 exam is scheduled on July 17, 2022. The exam will be conducted across multiple cities in India. Candidates who are registered to appear for the NEET 2022 exam must be well-prepared to face the exam with all the required documents to be produced on the exam day. Candidates are advised to keep their transparent files ready to go on the previous day with all the required documents for NEET 2022 so that they don't face any last-minute trouble.

NEET 2022: Documents Required on Exam Day

Here are the documents that are required to be carried along on the exam day: 

  • The NEET 2022 Admit Card, downloaded from the official website - neet.nta.nic.in and printout of it; 
  • A printout of the self-declaration form or the Proforma filled out on the official website of NTA. It should be printed and a postcard size recent photograph (4"x6") must be pasted on it;
  • One copy of the passport size photograph, to be submitted at the time of attendance, to be stuck on the attendance sheet; 
  • One valid photo identity proof such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, and Passport; 
  • PwD Certificate is required for candidates under the PwD Category, duly signed by a competent authority

NEET 2022: Things to Carry on Exam Day

To appear for the NEET UG 2022, candidates must be aware of the things to carry along on the exam. If any of these items are missing, it will be a source of extreme hassle for the candidate. Therefore, for the convenience of the candidates, here is a list of the things in tabular form that are required to carry along on the exam day without fail to complete the exam without obstruction: 

NEET 2022 Admit Card

One Passport Photograph and One Postcard Photograph

Valid Photo ID Proof Original Copy

Self-Declaration Proforma

One Ball Point Pen (Black/Blue)

Transparent Water Bottle and Transparent File

PwD Certificate (if needed)

Sanitizer (50ml)

Face Mask/Gloves 

NEET 2022: Things Not to Carry on Exam Day

While appearing for the exams, it is best not to commit offenses knowingly or unknowingly. It will only lead to disqualification from the exam. In order to ensure that there is no hassle, make sure any that the following prohibited items are not carried along on the exam day: 

Books/Notes/Paper

Mobile Phones/any other electronic communication device

Packed food/snacks 

Note: If you have diabetes, then you have to inform the authorities beforehand so that you can carry sugar tablets/fruits into the examination centre. 

Calculator/Smart Watch

Thick soled-shoes

Clothes with huge buttons

If any candidate is found in possession of these items before the exams, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. Also, if they are found later, during the ongoing exams, they will be asked to step out. Do not practice any malpractice during the exam.
