Marking Scheme for NEET Answer Key 2024
As per the marking scheme guidelines, each question whether it is from Section A or B will have a weightage of +4/-1 marks. However, erroneous questions in Sections A and B have different marking schemes.
Section A:
- If more than one or all option/s is/are correct – +4 marks for those who attempted the question.
- If no option is correct or the question is wrong – +4 marks for all candidates, regardless of whether they attempted the question or not.
Section B:
- If more than one or all option/s is/are correct – +4 marks for those who attempted the question.
- If no option is correct or the question is wrong – +4 marks for those who attempted the question.
- Do note that if more than 10 questions are answered in Section B, then only the first 10 questions will be considered for evaluation, irrespective of whether the later answers are more correct. The correct 10 answers out of the 15 will NOT be taken for evaluation
