NEET 2023 official cutoff has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for both reserved and unreserved category candidates. NEET cut-off is the minimum score that a candidate must obtain to qualify for the exam. Meeting the NEET cut-off is necessary for participating in the counselling process. Although the cut-off marks for NEET vary each year, the qualifying percentile set by NTA remains constant. The cut-off is released along with the exam result and is printed on the scorecard. Eligible candidates must score above the NEET cut-off to proceed to the next stages of admission. NEET Cutoff 2023 (Official)

The official NEET cutoff for 2023 has been given below- 

• UR/EWS - 50th Percentile (720-137)
• OBC/ SC/ ST - 40th Percentile (136-107)
• UR / EWS & PH - 45th Percentile (136-121)
• OBC & PH/ SC & PH - 40th Percentile (120-107)
• ST & PH - 40th Percentile (120-108)

Factors Determining NEET 2023 Cutoff

These are the factors that largely influence the cutoffs each year- 

• Total number of candidates who appear for the examination
• Performance of the candidate
• Number of seats available 
• Difficulty level of the exam
• Previous year cutoff

Once the counselling rounds come to an end, the participating institutes and courses, including MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing, for NEET 2022 will receive their cut-off marks. It is worth noting that the qualifying marks or cut-off for NEET may vary depending on the state.
