NEET MDS 2022 on May 2: Documents required on exam day
NEET MDS 2022 exam to be conducted on May 2, 2022. Check all the documents required to be carried by the candidates on exam day.
NEET MDS 2022 exam is to take place on May 2, 2022. It is a national level entrance exam for all aspiring candidates who want to pursue a Master of Dental Surgery course. It is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The NEET MDS 2022 Admit Card was released on April 25, 2022. It is available for download on the official website of the NBEMS - natboard.edu.in. All candidates who are appearing for the exam are advised to download and take a printout of the hall ticket as soon as possible for future reference.

NEET MDS 2022 Documents Required on Exam Day
The following are the documents that all candidates appearing for the NEET MDS 2022 exam need to carry on their exam day:
- A printed copy of the NEET MDS 2022 Admit Card with the barcode or the QR code clearly visible on it. The recent colour passport size photograph of the candidate must be pasted on the admit card in the space designated;
- Any Government issued ID or identity card is a must to be brought and shown at the test centre on exam day. These include original and valid or non-expired ID proof such as Voter Card, Aadhar Card (with the photograph), Driving Licence or Passport;
- In case the candidate reports to the exam centre with an e-Aadhar card, then it must be a good quality print with the photograph clearly visible. The printout must not have any kinks, scratches or stains on it and should most importantly be a perfect match with the candidate presenting it on the exam day. The final decision regarding such an e-Aadhar card and its validity will be taken by the NBEMS;
- The name of the candidate on the photo identification card must match the name displayed on the NEET MDS Admit Card. If there have been any changes in the name due to marriage or otherwise, the candidate must show the relevant document to prove the claim for a change in name. These include Marriage Certificate, Divorcee Decree, Legal Name Change Document or Gazette notification;
