NEET PG 2023: Aspirants to protest at Jantar Mantar today seeking exam postponement
NEET PG 2023 Aspirants are holding a protest at Jantar Mantar on February 7th, today, on the grounds that the exam day should be postponed until May, and the eligibility criteria shall be extended.
NEET PG 2023: The demand for the postponement of NEET PG 2023 continues where a silent protest at the Jantar Mantar has been planned. All NEET PG 2023 aspirants are requested to participate in this protest that is taking place today, February 7th, 2023. The agenda of the protest is that the gap between the exam date and counselling process should be reduced and the NEET PG 2023 should be postponed until May 2023. The second matter to discuss is that the eligibility criteria for the internship date should be extended. The social media platform is flooded with NEET PG 2023 aspirants requesting for postponement and now the aspirants have come down to protest at Jantar Mantar.

The Protest for the Postponement of NEET PG 2023 will be supported by the All India Dental Students Association (AIDSA), Federation of Resident Doctors Association (FORDA), United Doctors Front Association (UDFA), and Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA).
Currently, the NEET PG 2023 exam date is set to be conducted on March 5, 2023. The registration window for the same has been closed. Aspirants have made multiple requests to the National Board of Examinations for the postponement and also approached the Health Minister and the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). However, there has not been any response. As per the authorities, the postponement will not be possible as it is trying to bring the pre-covid academic pattern back on track. Yet, NEET PG 2023 aspirants have not given up, and are organising a protest today for the postponement of the NEET PG 2023.
