NEET PG 2025 Exam Date NOT Revised: On Friday, April 4, viral news circulated over the media channels regarding a date change for NEET PG 2025 exam date. The viral news claimed the exam date has been revised to August 17, 2025 . To which the Press Information Bureau (PIB) has released a post on the social media platform "X" (previously known as Twitter) stating that the news is fake . It should be noted that NEET PG 2025 Exam Date has NOT been revised and will be conducted as per the official schedule on June 15 . Aspirants appearing for the NEET PG 2025 exam are advised not to follow such fake news and only rely to the official website for any information.

As per the PIB, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has not yet issued any such notice regarding a change of exam date or any other notice. The credibility of the viral news is not genuine, and such should not be followed by the aspirants.

Hence, aspirants are advised to continue with their preparations, as the viral news has confused most of the aspirants. Every year, around 2 lakh NEET graduates appear for NEET PG for approximately 52,000 seats for post graduation, and this fake news has puzzled most of them. Aspirants should be assured that the exams will be held as scheduled through a Computer-Based Test mode in two shifts, as followed last year. In case of any changes in the exam date or format, the same shall be notified by the NBEMS through its official website.
