NEET PG 2018 Exam Date Announced
- NEET PG 2018 will be conducted by NBE on 7th January, 2018 in online mode.
- NEET PG 2018 application form is likely to be released in the fourth week of October 2017.
NEET PG 2018 Notification: National Board of Examinations(NBE) has announced some of the important dates of NEET PG 2018, and has also declared a new marking scheme. NEET PG 2018 examinations will be organised by NBE (National Board of Examinations) in online mode on 7th January, 2018. According to the official notification by NBE, the examination will be conducted in a single session. NEET PG 2018 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate) is organised for admission to various PG diploma and MD/MS programmes offered at 181 medical and dental colleges/institutes across the country.

NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2018:
- Candidate applying should be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate should have done MBBS or should have a Provisional Pass Certificate from the recognised State Medical Council (SMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI).
- It is mandatory for candidates to complete one-year internship on or before March 31, 2018.
- National Board of Examinations (NBE) does not set the age limit for NEET PG 2018.
NEET PG Application Form 2018:
Candidate can fill the NEET PG 2018 Application form in online mode on the official website of National Board of Examinations (NBE). This year, the candidates should ensure that they have the Aadhaar card. Those who do not have Aadhaar cards should apply for the same immediately.
In order to complete the NEET PG 2018 application form, candidates will have to pay the NEET PG registration fee, which can be paid through online mode – debit/credit cards/net banking. The registration fee is:
- General and OBC candidates: Rs 3750/-
- Reserve category candidates: Rs 2750/-
NEET PG Exam Pattern 2018:
- This year, National Board of Examinations (NBE) changed the marking scheme of the NEET PG 2018 examinations.
- In the NEET PG 2018, question paper will have a total 300 MCQ's (Multiple Choice Questions)
- Each question will have 4 options and 4 marks will be awarded for every correct response.
- 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
- The total duration for the exam is three and half hours (195 minutes). The first 15 minutes will be for the test tutorials and remaining 180 minutes will be for the exam.
NEET PG Admit Card 2018:
Candidates who have successfully registered for NEET PG 2018 can download their NEET PG admit card from the official website with their User ID/registration number, Aadhaar card and Date of birth. NEET PG 2018 admit card includes details such as examination schedule, venue/centre, candidate's category, gender, D.O.B, Roll number, etc.
NEET PG Result 2018:
The result of NEET PG 2018 is going to be released on 31st January, 2018, by National Board of Exmaintions (NBE) on the official website. Only those candidates who have obtained a minimum of qualifying marks as per their category will be able to know their qualifying status of NEET PG 2018 result.
NEET PG Qualifying Criteria 2018:
- General Category candidates: 50%
- OBC/SC/ST Category candidates: 40%
- PWD Category candidates: 45%
