NEET PG: Private Medical Colleges of Haryana Unauthorised to Conduct Admissions
These admissions will only be based on the NEET-PG scores.
In a recent announcement made by the Haryana government, no private dental or medical college in the state - including those which are under the private or deemed university will be authorised to conduct their separate counselling sessions in order to fill the seats of the post-graduate medical courses. These admissions will only be based on the NEET-PG scores.
While mentioning about the same, the spokesperson also highlighted that Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences which is based in Rohtak, will conduct combined counselling basis the merit of NEET-PG and NEET MDS 2017 for admissions of students to the academic year of 2017-18. It will take up the process for all government-aided, government, as well as private medical and dental colleges in the state. Please note that this will also include the colleges which are under private and deemed universities too.

Counselling process will be conducted for the following courses:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Master of Science in Medical Sciences (MS)
- Post Graduate Diploma for various medical specialisations
- Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
The candidates who are willing to take part in the above-mentioned courses need to apply for registration on the official web portal. The last date to apply for the same is 8th April 2017.

It is important to note that the final allotment of seats in a specific institute for a specific programme will be done only after the physical verification of documents (original) by the admissions committee. A candidate will have to be present physically at the time of admission.
