NEET UG 2023 Notifciation Likley to be Released in December @neet.nta.nic.in
NTA is expected to release NEET UG 2023 official notification in December, and the exam is expected to be conducted in May. The official notification of NEET 2023 will be released at neet.nta.nic.in.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET UG 2023 notification soon, tentatively in December 2022 at the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Along with the NEET UG 2023 notification, the authority will declare the exam date. NEET 2023 exam will be held tentatively in the first week of May 2022. NEET UG 2023 exam will be held in offline mode, pen and paper-based exam. Through the NEET UG 2023 exam, the candidates will be able to take admission to 91,827 MBBS, 27,698 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 487 BSc nursing courses, including the 1,899 AIIMS MBBS and 249 JIPMER MBBS seats.

NEET UG Tentative Eligibility Criteria 2023
The authority has not yet released the NEET UG 2023 eligibility criteria. Based on the last year’s eligibility criteria, the candidates can check out the same for 2023-
- The minimum age group to apply for NEET UG 2023 exam is 17 years, by December 31, 2023. Hence, the minimum date of birth of the candidates should be December 31, 2006.
- Candidates should be either of Indian origin or NRI or Overseas citizens of India
- Candidates should pass or appear in the Class 12 Board exam and the candidates should complete the class 12 exam in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the core subjects
- The candidates should get a minimum of 50 per cent (45 per cent for the reserved category)

- Mode of exam: Offline
- Duration of exam: 3 hours and 20 minutes
- Type of the questions: MCQs
- Total number of questions: 200 (among them, 180 need to be answered)
- Total marks: 720
- Marking Scheme: +4 for every correct answer and -1 for every incorrect answer
