NIOT Recruitment 2023: The National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) has released applications for the post of Project Scientist I, Project Scientific Assistant, and other roles. Candidates willing to apply for these posts must submit their application on NIOT’s official website by 5 p.m. on February 28, 2023. Applicants should check the eligibility criteria before applying to avoid form disqualification from the authorities. 

NIOT Recruitment 2023: Vacancies

The authorities will recruit 89 candidates after the application screening, written test, and interview rounds. The post-wise and the caste-wise division of the NIOT Recruitment 2023 vacancies are mentioned below: 

• Project Scientist II: 4 posts for unreserved

• Project Scientist I: 25 posts (6 for OBC, 6 for ST, 6 for EWS, 4 for unreserved, and 3 for SC)

• Project Scientific Assistant: 30 posts (10 for OBC, 4 for SC, 5 for ST, 6 for EWS, and 5 for unreserved)

• Project Technician: 16 posts (6 for OBC, 2 for ST, 3 for EWS, and 5 for unreserved)

• Project Junior Assistant: 14 posts (3 for OBC, 1 for SC, 2 for ST, 2 for EWS, and 6 for unreserved)

Interested candidates must follow the instructions listed below to apply for NIOT recruitment 2023:

• Step 1: Visit NIOT’s official website. 

• Step 2: Find the ‘Quick Links’ option on the home page.

• Step 3: In the drop-down, click on the ‘Recruitment’ link. The registration form will open. 

• Step 4: Fill up the registration form with personal details and upload the documents asked for verification. 

• Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’ and pay the application fees on the next page. 

• Step 6: Press ‘Enter’ to complete the process. Download the application form and save the soft copy for future use.
