The Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut organizes a workshop on Stress Management Saturday November 7. This workshop is organized in association with the School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut.
The workshop on Stress Management is to be held at the School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut. The time for the same is 9.00 am to 6.30 pm. The theme of the event is Stress Less: Relax, Relate and Recharge.
The honorable speakers in the event would be Dr. Sucharita Hota, (Life skill trainer and mamber of CREST, Calicut), Dr. Gitanjali Natarajan, (Associate Professor and HOD, Department of Clinical Psychology, AIMS, Cochin), Ms. Sherin Varghese, (Chief Dietician, MIMS Hospital, Calicut).
This workshop is intended for the first year B.Tech students of NIT Calicut. Selection for the event would be purely done on first-come-First-served basis. Students can confirm their participation by filling up the registration form and submitting to the committee members.
