<p>The NMAT 2015 is scheduled to be conducted over a period of 75 days, from October 6 to December 19. It will be conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), this year. The registrations for the same are in progress and will be ending on October 5.
A maximum of three attempts are given to the candidates for NMAT. For candidates having multiple attempts, the best score (total and sectional) is considered for shortlisting purposes. There will be no negative marking present. The candidates are allowed to select up to seven programmes, after clearing the exam for free.
The candidates must have acquired a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 50 per cent from a recognised university or institute. The candidates in their final can also apply for this exam.
NMAT is a computer based test and consists of three sections based on language skills, quantitative skills and logical reasoning. The candidates will have to attempt the 120 multiple choice questions with a duration of two hours. The timings of the each section are separately timed.
There are various test centers in North, South, East, West and the central region with some prominent places include the State capitals. Few of these cities also have multiple test centers.
