NTA Announces NEET 2022 Answer Key & Result Date

National Testing Agency has released the official date for the release of the NEET 2022 answer key and results. The official announcement has put an end to the fake news and speculations circulating about the answer key and result date. As per the official press note released by the NTA, NEET answer key 2022 will be uploaded by August 30 along with the OMR recorded response sheet. On the other hand, NEET results 2022 will be released by September 7, 2022. The date announcement has come as a sigh of relief to students and parents who have been waiting for the results date for the past two weeks.

NTA has further mentioned that the OMR sheet/ recorded response sheet of NEET 2022 will be sent to the candidate’s E-Mail Address, and the answer key can be downloaded through the official website of NEET – neet.nta.nic.in. The candidates can file objections on the answer key (if any) by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question. On the other hand, objections are allowed on the OMR sheet as well wherein the candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question.

NEET 2022 was conducted on July 17, and an official announcement on the answer key has been made almost 40 days after the exam. This is the first time that NTA has delayed the answer key announcement by 40 days. Last year, the answer key was released 34 days after the conclusion of the exam. NTA’s delay in releasing the answer keys and results irked students and parents in a big way.
