Odisha Plus 3 Second Selection Merit List 2023 Releasing Today: SAMS will release Odisha Plus 3 Second Selection Merit list 2023 today, July 27 @samsodisha.gov.in at 2 PM for admission to +3 degree colleges in Odisha for academic session 2023-24. Candidates must keep their application number and password ready to log in to the portal and download the provisional Odisha Plus 3 second selection merit list 2023 as soon as it is released. The list will include the names of candidates who were not shortlisted for Round 1 admission. 

Based on the vacancies available after the first round selection, the candidates who were next in merit will be included in the selected list along with the seat that will be allotted by SAMS based on the candidate’s preference. Candidates will be able to check the merit list at the SAMS dashboard, choose the ‘Freeze’, ‘Slide’, or ‘Float’ option, and pay the admission fee between July 27, 2023, 7 PM to August 1, 2023, 11:45 PM to confirm their seats.

• Step 3: Click on the ‘+3 Second Selection Merit List’. A sign-in window will appear.

• Step 4: Enter your application number and password in the boxes provided. 

• Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’. The pdf version of the Odisha Plus 3 Section merit list 2023 will show up on the screen. Tap on ‘Download’ to save the merit list till the admission process concludes.
