Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website of OJEE. Following the seat allotment, candidates must complete the online reporting process, which includes fee payment, document upload, and response to any queries (if required) by July 23, 2023. During this period, candidates will also have to exercise the online reporting options of Freeze or Upgradation of seats, enabling them to either accept the allotted seat or explore the possibility of an upgrade. Here are the key points to keep in mind regarding the OJEE Seat Allotment Process:
- View seat allotment and choose the option to either freeze or float the seat for the allotted seat confirmation or upgradation.
- Freeze: The candidate is satisfied with the allocation and does not wish to upgrade it further. Freeze candidates are not eligible for any further counselling rounds.
- Float: The candidate is partially satisfied with the seat allocation and wishes to retain the seat while also going for upgradation in the upcoming round. Float candidates are eligible for the next counselling round.
- Upload the required documents, specific to each candidate's profile, as part of the verification process.
- Pay the part admission fee cum seat acceptance fee, which is Rs 10,000/- for general candidates and Rs 5,000/- for SC/ST/PC candidates, through the online portal using Billdesk/HDFC payment gateway.
- Failure to deposit the part admission fees will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
- Uploaded documents will be verified by the respective OJEEB authorities. Candidates will be notified through email and SMS regarding any issues or queries.
- Queries raised by the document verifying officer should be resolved by the candidates within the specified deadline.
- Non-compliance with queries or failure to provide required documents during verification will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Candidates who wish to withdraw from the counselling process can do so as per the counselling schedule. After paying the part admission cum seat acceptance fee, candidates will be eligible to withdraw.
