The Odisha Secondary School Teachers Eligibility Test is divided into two categories, including exams for Education Teachers in Category I and Physical Education Teachers in Category II.

BSE Odisha OSSTET Qualifying Marks
For unreserved categories, the minimum passing scores in each paper for the OSSTET Exam will be 45%. The minimum pass mark for SC/ST/PH/SEBC candidates will be 35%. A candidate who achieves a minimum passing score or more is said to have passed OSSTET.
OSSTET Certificate & Marksheet – Validity of certificate
The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha will give qualifying applicants an OSSTET Pass Certificate, which will be available on the official website. The certificate will be valid till the candidate exceeds the required maximum age restriction for teacher recruitment. There is no limit to how many times a person can attempt to obtain an OSSTET Pass Certificate.
