  • The section was quite easy

  • NCERT-based questions were asked in this section

  • Maximum questions in Inorganic Chemistry were from the NCERT

  • More weightage was given to Organic Chemistry

  • Maximum weightage for chapters like Biomolecules, Chemistry in Everyday Life and Environmental Chemistry

  • p-block questions dominated in the inorganic section

  • Numerical-based questions were only from Physical Chemistry

Mathematics

  • The section was moderately difficult

  • The section was calculative and lengthy

  • Conic Sections & Probability chapter had more than one question

Shift 2

Physics

  • Most students found this section to be easy

  • Formula-based numerical were asked in this section

  • Questions from Ray Optics, Kinematics, Current Electricity and Electrostatistics were asked

  • Students who had solved a good number of mock test papers reported they had no problem in this section

Chemistry

  • Maximum questions were based on the NCERT textbooks

  • Numerical-based questions were asked from Organic and Physical Chemistry

Mathematics

  • This section was pretty easy

  • Calculations were lengthy so this section was time-consuming

  • Questions from Algebra, Vectors & 3D, Coordinate Geometry and Calculus were dominantly found in this section

  • NCERT-based questions were mostly from Inorganic Chemistry

Mathematics

  • The mathematics section was also moderately difficult

  • Questions from topics like Calculus, Binomial, Progressions, Matrices & Determinants, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus and Algebra were asked

  • The Calculus, Binomial, Progressions, Matrices & Determinants sections received more weightage

  • Some numerical-based questions required lengthy calculations

Physics

  • The question paper was moderately difficult

  • The majority of the questions were from topics like Mechanics, Electrostatic and Optics & Modern Physics

  • There were some formula-based questions

  • Formula-based integer-type questions were easy

Chemistry

  • The question paper was easy to moderate

  • Organic Chemistry had the maximum number of questions

  • Fewer and easy questions were the features of Physical Chemistry

  • Inorganic Chemistry questions too were moderately difficult 

Mathematics

  • The question paper was moderately difficult

  • Mostly, questions from 3-D and Vectors were asked

  • There were fewer questions from Coordinate geometry
