The placement cell of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science organized personality development program at college seminar hall on March 1, 2016. Mr.Valiveti Satish, Executive Officer, Advanced Minds, Vizag was the Chief Guest.
Adressing the students, he emphasized on how to list out the fears and strengths of a candidate and work them out gradually, to ward off inhibititions that prevent them from achieveing goals. He explained about aspects like wants, needs, goals, time management, disicipline, commitment and dedication in every individual as a student should possess to reach out the society with hopes.
He also explained about memory building techniques and success meditation during his lecture. Later he was felicitated by the college principal M V N Padma Rao. College Director Babu Rao encouraged the students to develop life skills along with academic and technical qualifications.
The event was attended students of JKC Center of College, Faculty, Principal were present at the session.
