Placement Drive at KITS Engineering College

The placement cell of KITS Engineering College conducted a placement drive at college premises on 1-April-2016. Rasen Corporation Private limited conducted interviews for various positions. The interviews were conducted in three rounds i.e. preliminary, written test and face to face interview. The interviews were conducted for the final year B.Tech Mechanical Engineering students of the college. The interviews commenced at 10.00 AM and continued till 1.00 PM.

A total number of 45 students attended for out of which 15 students got selected for a package of Rs.1,50,000/annum. The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students for their achievement.

College chairman, Koya Subbarao said, “The College has an outstanding placement percentage where a total number of 250 students of various branches got placed in campus placements during the academic year 2015-2016. He congratulated the students for their success and greeted for their bright future. He mentioned special appreciation to the faculty for making the students capable of getting jobs.

College principal, Dr.B.Babu appreciated the efforts of placement cell for inviting a number of companies for campus placements. He thanked the English department for conducting Communication skills classes for the students regularly.

Students thanked the college management, faculty and placement cell for their support and motivation. The students were presented appointment orders by the company officials. The press meet was attended by HOD of mechanical department, M.Basaveswara Rao, Placement officer, Chandra Shekar and Correspondent, Koya Shekar.
