Placement Drive at Nimra College of Engineering and Technology

Chennai based companies Karthikeya group and Eswari competencies private limited conducted placement drive at Nimra college of Engineering and Technology on 2-April-2016. The interviews were conducted for the mechanical engineering students of the college.

Three rounds of interview were conducted in which a total number of 40 students took part in it. The three rounds were written test, technical test, and face to face interview. A total number of 26 students got selected in the final round of interview.

The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the students on this occasion. College principal, Y.Sudheer Babu said, “The mechanical engineering department has a good placement percentage where a total number of 60 students got placed in the academic year 2015-2016. The college has an excellent faculty along with library facility. The placement cell of the college organizes communication skills and personality development classes to the students every year”. He congratulated the Mechanical Engineering department for bringing out the best from the students.

Placement officer, Dr.DNM.Raju opined that “The students are lucky that they got selected in campus placements before the completion the course. They need not search for a job after the completion of B.Tech. The students can go with better planning and achieve top positions in their respective fields”. He congratulated the students for their achievement and wished for the bright future.

Students thanked the college management for their support and motivation. They especially thanked the department faculty for making them capable of getting jobs.
