President Kovind visits Jharkhand, Emphasises on Value-Based Education
President Mr. Ram Nath Kovind Visited the State of Jharkhand last week. He emphasized on the need for moral education to become a good human being.
President Mr. Ram Nath Kovind visited Jharkhand last week (February 2020). In the address to people, he stressed on the need for value-based education to make students good human beings. He said that mere a degree is not the end of education but value education is the most essential part of education.
He added that a person with good moral values can become a good professional, a good father, and a husband. A daughter who is a good human being can be a good daughter in law and late on a good mother in law.
Addressing the gathering at Vikas Bharati which is an NGO running at Bishunpur in Gumla district, Jharkhand, President Kovind said that the government is taking several initiatives to improve the education system in India and every person should take the benefit of schemes.

President Kovind emphasized on inculcating moral values through education. He said that the country is transforming and transformation requires resources to meet the needs of the increasing population. It is, therefore, the foremost duty of every person to educate their child and inculcate in them moral values. Wisdom can be attained through intelligence and the right skills.
Value-based education is something that Honourable President Kovind always emphasises. The young generation should absorb education with moral values so that they can turn into great individuals in future.
