PSTET 2017 Application Process Begins
- PTET 2017 exam will be conducted by Education Recruitment Board of Punjab on December 31, 2017.
- December 26, 2017, is the last date to register for PSTET 2017.
Punjab’s Education Recruitment Board has initiated the online application process for PSTET (Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test) 2017. Education Recruitment Board issued an official notice on PSTET 2017 on December 19, 2017. PSTET 2017 notification is elaborated below.
PSTET 2017 Eligibility Norms for Paper I: -
- Candidates who are aspiring to teach Classes I to V can apply for PSTET Paper I exam.
- The minimum educational qualification required for PSTET Paper I exam is Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed).
- Aspirants pursuing final year D.EI.Ed course can also apply for Paper I exam of PSTET 2017.
PSTET 2017 Eligibility Norms for Paper II: -
- Candidates who are aspiring to teach Classes VI to VIII can apply for PSTET Paper II exam.
- The minimum educational qualification required for PSTET Paper II exam is B.Ed.
- Aspirants pursuing final year B.Ed course can also apply for Paper II exam of PSTET 2017.

PSTET 2017 Application Process: -
- Visit the official website of Education Recruitment Board of Punjab.
- On the homepage, click on the link that indicates PSTET 2017.
- Complete the pre-registration process and then fill the online application form.
- Download the challan and pay the application fee in the prescribed branch of the bank.
- The application fee for General and BC categories is Rs. 600.
- The application fee for SC/ ST/ PH categories is Rs. 300.
